Folks, what do you think we can do to encourage CGN contact people to add their staff and directors to the new site, so they can participate in these discussions? We're going to have more messages of encouragement on the CGIN general listserv, but I don't want to overlook other avenues. Please comment with your thoughts, or write me a message.
I am currently am in the process of making an operations manual. Does anyone have anything to share such as a template or any pertinent information to go into the manual. I have a general idea (tasks list for each departments, how to handle refunds, cash handling).
Is there anyone out there that currently has a motorized shopping cart? I am looking into getting one for us and would love some feedback on anyone elses experience. And also do you have maintenance plans for them.

I am looking for a male roommate for one of my store managers to share his room at CCMA this year. hte room is at the conference hotel, and we have it booked Thursday PM, leaving Sunday.
