I have spent almost 40 years in the food business and am new to the Co-op sector. My passions lies in using the Co-op model to acheive sucess in a grocery store model and creating partnerships with local producers and farmers to acheive sucess for both businesses.
I am a former chef and market owner with extensive experience in butchery, restaurant and deli operations. I am excited about seeking out new ways to differentiate the Co-op from other markets and to lead the way in introducing this model to the general public. I believe that Co-ops are the future model for sucess in the marketplace if we are to fix our broken food system.
