Job Summary: The Personnel Coordinator has responsibility for maintaining compliance with federal, state and local labor laws, policies and practices for the Mariposa Food Co-op. Additionally the Personnel Coordinator is responsible for creating and maintaining staff development opportunities including training and conferences and, for monitoring and supporting Co-op staff benefits.
