First Alternative Natural Foods Co-op in beautiful Corvallis, OR is seeking a Front End Assistant Manager to co-manage our Front End team. The store location of oversight for this position will be the South Store.
This position requires a candidate who has previous supervisory experience, is an excellent team leader, and is highly organized. In addition, this position requires an individual who is dependable, possesses excellent communication skills, and has flexibility in a work schedule.
Responsibilities include modeling and delivering superior customer service to both external and internal customers alike and scheduling, supervision and performance management of Front End staff at the assigned store location. In addition, this position fills several Person-in-Charge (PIC) shifts.
This is a 40hrs+/wk salaried position in which the base salary is equivalent to $13.90/hour.
