Bloomingfoods is seeking an enthusiastic, hard-working, experienced individual to fill the position of Deli Team Lead. This position will be responsible for overseeing all kitchen and deli operations within our Elm Heights location. Responsibilities include menu planning, oversight of food preparation and financial performance, supervision of all department staff and ensuring superior customer service.
- Experience serving the public - restaurant, food service, catering and/or deli.
- Knowledge of trends in natural foods industry preferred, but not required.
- Management & supervisory experience.
- Required computer literacy includes but is not limited to: Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to read financial reports.
- Ability to handle multiple demands.
- Strong communication skills: written, verbal, good listening, ability to give clear instructions.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Willingness and flexibility to meet the changing requirements of the job.
- Point-of-Sale system experience.
