Honest Weight is looking for someone to oversee all aspects of the Co-op’s member-owner program and interaction with Honest Weight’s member-owners.
Job duties include: Promoting and facilitating active engagement of members in the operation of the organization; marketing the benefits of Co-op ownership and membership to existing and potential member-owners; embracing and championing the mission of Honest Weight and the co-operative business model internally and externally; serving as primary liaison between departments and working members to identify areas in which member work is needed and matching these needs with members’ availability and skill sets; maintaining a regular Owner Services presence at the Service Desk; maintaining membership database; coordinating all general and special Membership Meetings; plan, implement, and oversee member recognition events.
