Business Support Team Administrative Assistant
NCGA is accepting applications for the full-time position of Business Support Team Administrative Assistant.This position is responsible for supporting the Business Support Team in the delivery of the highest quality service to member and associate co-ops by coordinating communications, department programs, and the collection of data.
The preferred candidate must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in delivery of administrative functions, be able to demonstrate strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills and possess a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Computer literacy and proficiency with MS Office products, especially SharePoint and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software are necessary. Applicants must be able to effectively manage multiple priorities, met deadlines and be willing to grow in the role to meet the changing requirements of the job. Knowledge of the retail food industry and retail food co-operatives is a plus. This position reports to NCGA’s National Business Development Manager and can be located in NCGA’s Saint Paul, MN office.
