We are looking for an individual with at least three years’ professional-level experience as a Human Resources Manager or Human Resources Generalist with previous supervisory experience.
The Human Resources Manager administers all areas of the Human Resources department including benefits administration, performance management systems, employee database management, recruitment, job development and training, policy maintenance, and legal compliance.
The Human Resources Manager is responsible for assisting supervisors in maintaining a safe and legal workplace, a satisfying work environment and a friendly, helpful, customer service environment in the store.

This is a salaried, full-time position, where the pay is based on experience.
Availability and a flexible schedule are vital to this position, as hours may vary from week to week. Must be able to work some early mornings, some evenings and some weekend hours.
