First Alternative seeks an individual with excellent commercial kitchen management skills, specifically in the areas of organization, supervision and teambuilding to lead our Kitchen team. The top candidate will be innovative and creative when it comes to finding solutions to everyday kitchen and bakery needs. This person will also have experience and be familiar with natural foods and alternative diets. ChefTec knowledge and experience are preferred but not required.
Possession of a current food handler’s card is required for this position.

This is a full-time salaried position. Pay depends on experience. Availability and a flexible schedule are vital to being employed at First Alternative. Must be able to work some early mornings, some evenings and some weekend hours.
