We have a rare leadership opportunity for you to join one of the most dynamic Food Co-ops in the nation. Ashland Food Cooperative is seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager with strong leadership skills for our $4MM+ Deli operation.

Our Deli team of 60+ members produces and serves foods made with the highest quality ingredients, including local organic foods as much as possible and meeting a diverse set of dietary preferences including Meat, Vegetarian, Vegan, Wheat Free and Raw.

Candidate Requirements include:

  • 3 plus years experience in a kitchen or food service leadership role
  • Comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage operations, financials, and control systems including HAACP
  • Proven record of passionate customer service -- ability to develop team members and consistently deliver exceptional guest services
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proven leadership capacity
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
