Support for the Board
How does your co-op support the board's work? I have a bunch of questions I'm hoping some will have time to answer. Better yet, I'm hoping you'll even have documents to share. So thanks in advance for any and all information you can share on the topic of helping the board get its work done.
Do you have an administrative assistant, and if so, do you have a job description to share? How many hours a month are budgeted for this? Who organizes your elections and annual meetings? I realize there's often a blend of participants, I'm interested in finding out who else besides the board is involved and to what degree.
That's probably enough quetions to start with, but please be sure to add anything you think I should know about.
