Member Loan Campaign

Hi Everyone,  We are in the organizing phase of the Member Loan Campaign and I am gathering information about how other co-ops have done this.  First question is:  Are you (or did you) hiring someone to oversee the campaign for a stipend?  Or did you have volunteers/Board members lead it?   In either scenario, would love to have a reasonable estimate of the number of hours per week required to successfully lead the campaign.   Thank you so much for any input you can provide!!     Heather Avella, Manchester Food Co-op, 603-305-6340
