Days or times where special &/or difficult customers concentrate?

 

Are there particular times or circumstances that lead to increased demands on your customer service reservoirs of sensitivity and humor? We've speculated here that Friday mornings have a particularly high concentration of people who need or demand special efforts above and beyond what works for the vast majority of our shoppers. I'm sure we could tell stories of full moons and weekend nights, but any other patterns you've seen or strategies you've created for coping and thriving?
