Juicer model(s) for commercial production?
Hi folks. We're starting to look at expanding our in-house juicing. At the moment, we have a unit (a Jummo, from Spain) that produces juice from Valencia oranges. We'd like to be able to do non-citrus fruits, and probably some vegetables as well.
Is there a model or brand you'd recommend?
Are there models or brands you'd tell us to avoid?
We currently sell our O.J. off one end of the salad bar. Stocking that more often and with more product will probably be our initial strategy if we expand our juice line. We don't have the room to start a juice bar, unless we identify a case to pull out -- and our Deli sales are actually expanding quite well, so there are no likely prospects.
