Membership metrics for Open Book Management

Here at the davisfood.coop, we like having 11,000 shareholders and we like our "Tomatocast" (our meetings for Open Book Management). At the moment, there are no lines for specifically member-related metrics. I'd like to hear discussion of what you folks track at your store, and why.
