Worker co-op attempting to reach as wide a range of public as possible.Pricing same as mainstream supermarkets with onsite bagging and low tech processing.Popular despite only 2000 lines and no sugar/no animal products approach.Strong on fresh produce,alcohol,branded,chilled and packed goods.Doing as much educational work as time and resources allow and beginning to get a flow of school visits. We are interested in visitors from abroad,possible internships/students placements.We also have a sister market garden co-op nearby. Recently joined The Co-op Group to further widen our mainstream household goods offer and join in a wider somewhat revitalised UK movement. We have been restructuring to operational teams and forum overview to match continous growth and growing member no.s.We would like to see similar stores elsewhere and do advisory work with enquirers.
