Deep Roots Market

Deep Roots, established in 1976, is one of the only cooperative grocers in central NC that offers all-organic produce. We are proud to support NC organic farmers as well as local artisans and businesses, all of whom support our goals. Their efforts are establishing and perpetuating ecologically responsible, sustainable business practices and a way of life for both current and future generations. One of our primary goals is to provide the community with access to locally produced natural foods and products. We take pride in making food available for those suffering from food-related allergies and issues, including wheat-, gluten-, soy-, sugar-, dairy-, and soy-free goods. We also have an extensive bulk foods and herbs section. Many of these items are available only at Deep Roots Market.
