Our kitchen provides on-the-go daily specials: sandwiches, soups, and salads—all made from scratch and with organic ingredients. Save money and eliminate excess packaging by buying bulk grains, flours, nuts, cereals, herbs, and supplements. Our wellness department offers a full spectrum of vitamins, herbs, and homeopathic remedies as well as cruelty-free body care essentials. We have a complete line of natural and organic groceries as well as organic wines and micro-brew beers. Selling high quality, locally- produced and locally-grown food is one of our top priorities. Chico Natural Foods Co-op started out as a 15-family buying club in 1972. In 2001, our membership voted to convert to a Cooperative for the mutual benefit of both our members and CNFC. We visualize a food industry where refinement, manipulation, packaging, and synthetic ingredients are kept to a minimum; where integrity and the organic practices are the standard—an industry that cares about the environment and the health of people.
